Buyer beware....

Pretty sure no one reads this but just in case, Relish clothing was a scam.  A horrible awful scam.  I'm pretty sure the owner has moved along already but she had the clothing business and worked as a photographer as well.  Completed some of the stuff but not all and closed up shop abruptly because people were mean.  Malarkey.  You don't fold a profitable business because someone is mean or says something negative about you.  Anywho, long story short, she was doing business as Amy Swartout and Harper Noel.  Walk away if ever you see these names.  I absolutely loved the stuff I did get but the amount of money I had to dispute with my credit card company was quite a bit.

My money is now going elsewhere...in smaller clumps...and not in advance.  My two favorite?  Moxie and Enclothe.  Both are great deals and have great stuff and most importantly do not have the scam stigma attached to them.  (The photography stuff happened before the clothing business...)

Lesson learned.  But boy did I love the clothes.....

StitchFix: Fix #4

I'm starting with a friendly pharmacist PSA.  If I tell you that it will take a half hour to fill your prescription, believe me, I'm no happy about it either.  It means we're swamped and I'd rather give you an overestimate than tell you 10 minutes and have you there for 30.  I'm really not trying to ruin your day, we can only go so fast.  Also faster=more chances for mistakes....anywho, onto my fix!

My fix came a day early, which considering how the mail has been lately is amazing.  I had cheated but didn't look very well at what I was getting.  If you aren't familiar with StitchFix, the basic gist is you fill out information and a stylist sends you clothing based on that profile.  Here's a Referral Link if you're feeling ultra generous!  :)
Here are the styling cards!
And the list of goodies
Not much color involved...the pink and yellow in the background is my purse.  :)
First item I tried was the blazer.  Think it's a bit too big for me and not all that flattering.
Second and third items I tried:  the top by collective concepts and pants by RD style.
Fourth item is this tank by Pixley.  I like this a lot and wanted stuff for under cardigans and blazers.
Last item and a super horrible picture.  Twisted seam sweater by RD style and a better shot of the pants.

So, what's my plan?  I think I'm going to keep the Collective Concepts blouse.  I like the tank also but feel like some of the details would be lost wearing it under stuff.  What do you think?  I strongly dislike the last sweater.  It's too short and gaps/sags at the boobs.  The pants are not what I consider
pants.  Yes they have a zipper and a button but they're leggings.  Not exactly what I need for work.  And as I mentioned I think the blazer is too big.  I have lost quite a bit of weight and haven't the slightest idea what I actually weigh so it's a bit hard to fill out some of the profile stuff.  So, keep one or keep two?

Tis the season

Too many sales!!!  I've definitely treated myself a ton this holiday season.  Going to try a Skivvy box, however there will be no reveal on that one.
Work was meh this weekend.  Missed an amazing Bison game but could at least listen to it.  Had some interesting folks...guy who I'm pretty sure was drunk with spider bites, dad looking for the key to getting rid of lice, lady wondering how much water she should drink with her pills, etc.  Nothing too complicated but tiring nonetheless.

A couple OOTDs
Moxie cardigan, GT necklace
Relish top, Moxie olive skinnies

Moxie Kinda Mystery Reveal!

Had a day off today.  Yay!  It was for two funerals.  Boo.  I'm not going to lie, it was nice.  Monday was crazy and everyone is already imitating Veruca Salt.  I want it and I want it now.  I swear I'm not purposely going slowly on filling your prescriptions to tork you off.  A little patience and kindness goes a LONG way.  We also received our first significant snowfall yesterday and today.  Super wet snow...yuck.

First my OOTD from today's funerals
Cherish cardigan from Moxie, necklace from Relish, tank from LOFT, pants (that fit!), from Poshmark.
Moxie mystery reveal!
The reason I say kinda mystery is I actually picked out 4 of the 8 items.  Moxie is doing away with the mystery option though and just putting the inventory out there for purchase.  I understand but will miss the mystery option.  They are going to be doing a StitchFix like box though. Here's the stuff!

OOTD from Monday-Moxie sweater by Geegee

Red Fantastic Fawn blazer...took a risk with a medium.  Didn't pay off.
Green Cherish cardigan I also wore today.  So soft and pretty!
Grey cardigan with cool details

Close up of details

Staccato cardigan...I picked this one.  It's ok but big.

Skies are blue cardigan I picked.  Love but....

It has a snag.  :(

Pixley cardigan I picked.  Also a bit big but doable.

Fantastic Fawn tie dye cardigan.  Cute!

Chris and Carol tie dye tunic.  I picked this and love!

Peach Love suede like dress.  Will wear with leggings (probably tomorrow?) So soft and love.

I'm starting to have sizing issues again and I can't bring myself to order anything in a small.  Yay though...great motivation!

Moxie is having a sale on Sunday this weekend that should be great.  I can try and help if you have any questions!  Highlighted in the ad for it are brands like Cherish, Mavi, Staccato, and Lovestitch.  At least worth a check out!  :)

My freakin' awesome OOTD

Bask in the glory of my outfit!  Love it!

Top and awesome mustard culottes (yes, I really did just type that!) from Relish (skies are blue and Dephilo respectively).  Scarf is from work!

I also wore booties from Zulily.  Tan with gold zippers.  Felt so super stylish!

Just a FYI, Relish is having a Black Friday sale today and other specials this weekend.  I ordered a large accessories box today at 25% off.  I'm planning on ordering a clothing box Sunday for a free piece of jewelry.  Monday boxes are 15% off.  Relish wonderfulness
